Most Refreshing Lemonade
When zesting, only use the yellow part of the lemon peel — the white pith tastes bitter.
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
Zest of 1 lemon, cut in strips with peeler
1-1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (8-10 lemons)
8 cups cold water
